Ideal for LS engine swaps and stock V8 6.0L applications, these headers provide measurable power gains. They are essential for use alongside cold air intakes, cat-back exhaust systems, or tuners.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from heavy-duty 16-gauge mild steel with mandrel-bent primary tubes, these headers ensure smooth airflow. The smooth transition 1-7/8-inch diameter tubing is coated with a durable high heat resistant black paint for corrosion resistance. TIG-welded, machined 3/8-inch header flanges provide a leak-free seal and maximum strength.
Installation. These headers offer a direct bolt-on fit with no cutting, welding, or drilling required, simplifying installation. They fit both 2WD and 4WD drivetrains.
Application. Designed to fit 2003 to 2013 Chevy and GMC Silverado, Tahoe, and Yukon equipped with the 6.0L GM Gen III/IV LS V8 engine. Compatible with both 2WD and 4WD configurations.
