Made from heavy-duty 16-gauge mild steel with mandrel-bent tubing for consistent diameter and smooth exhaust flow, they feature a TIG-welded machined 3/8-inch flange ensuring a leak-free seal. Finished in durable high heat resistant satin black paint, these headers resist high-temperature wear and corrosion.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no cutting or welding required due to the OE style 2-1/2-inch collector flange. The included mounting hardware ensures a secure bolt-on fitment for both 2WD and 4WD vehicles.
Application. These headers are designed to fit select 2003-2013 GM trucks and SUVs with the 6.0L LS V8 engine, including Silverado 1500, Sierra 1500, Tahoe, Yukon, and other related models in both 2WD and 4WD configurations.
