Construction and Appearance. This Rugged Heavy-Duty Grille Guard is a 3-piece, bolt-together construction, made from 2.25.-inch, 16-gauge, cold-rolled, mandrel-bent mild steel tubing. There are 5/16-inch HRPO vertical steel plates and a custom-punched center grille for extra protection. There’s a high-impact, black powder-coat top coat over a corrosion-resistant e-coat.
Light Bar Specifics. The 20-inch LED Light Bar comes with a wiring harness, mounting brackets and hardware. The light bar is located at the bottom of the grille guard.
Installation. Putting this Rugged Heavy-Duty Grille Guard on your truck is relatively simple thanks to the no-drill design. It was constructed to be vehicle-specific and all necessary equipment for the light bar is included.
Warranty. There is a 3-year limited warranty on this product.
