Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from heavy-duty mild steel, the nerf bars feature either a 3-inch diameter tube with .084 wall thickness or a 2-inch diameter tube with .095 wall thickness, depending on the application. Each unit is fully welded as a one-piece design and finished with a 3-stage powder coat available in gloss or textured black, ensuring excellent resistance to rust and corrosion.
Installation. The bolt-on installation requires no drilling or major modifications for most vehicles, making the process straightforward. Standard hand tools are sufficient, and install time typically takes under an hour.
Warranty. These nerf bars include a limited lifetime structural warranty and a 5-year warranty on the powder coat finish.
