The clam-shell body type and aluminized steel heat shield add to its robust construction.
Installation. This catalytic converter is designed for universal installation requiring professional welding due to its pipe connection inlet and outlet types. It is compact and lightweight to fit into confined areas but installation requires welding and is not a simple bolt-on.
