Crafted from high-strength 16 gauge 409 stainless steel tubing with durable 308 stainless steel MIG welds, this converter offers excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. The compact design includes a stainless steel body with an attached aluminized steel heat shield, engineered to endure harsh environmental conditions.
Installation. Installation requires no cutting or welding, using mandrel-bent tubing for a precise fit. Essential hardware such as a Torca clamp, donut gasket, and crush ring gasket are included to simplify installation. The direct-fit design is suitable for both professional mechanics and skilled enthusiasts.
Warranty. This catalytic converter includes a 5-year construction warranty and an emissions warranty valid up to 25,000 miles, providing assurance of reliable performance and compliance.
Application. Designed to fit the 2007 to 2010 6.2L Sierra 1500, this catalytic converter meets federal EPA emission standards. It is not legal for sale or installation in California, Colorado, or New York due to state-specific regulations.
