Description

The Ferrari 488, successor to the formidable 458, with its 3.9l twin turbo v8 engine producing 661hp, the 488 has become the new benchmark in supercar evolution. The only drawback, is that the signature Ferrari v8 scream has been lost to the turbo spool. Our main design brief, to restore the Ferrari howl to the 488.

The Sound:

High flow catalysts, or decats, open the volume up significantly, while our signature 1D CLR tight radius x pipe raises the pitch to where a Ferrari should be. Crafted from premium F1 grade, Inconel 625 superalloy, not only vastly reducing weight, but also adds that special tonal quality to the 488 that can only be achieved by Kline Inconel range. The Kline exhaust system incorporates a valvetronic design. utilising the stock valve control system, and incorporating two 488 specific, harmonically tuned micro silencers, the car can be driven stealthily without cabin resonance when cruising, and unleashing unrestricted Ferrari scream when the valves are open. Available in Decat for optimum sound and performance, or a choice of 100 or 200 cell high flow sports cats.

Cross Section:

Decat cross section 70mm, 70mm x pipe. 45mm valve closed transit, 70 mm valve open transit. Catalysts come in a variety of cross sections from 108mm OD to 127mm OD

Materials:

Available in premium grade Inconel 625 superalloy, full valvetronic system 7.5kg
Available in 304 grade stainless steel, full valvetronic system 16kg
