Oil Separator Functionality. The J&L 3.0 Oil Separator; Black Anodized; Driver Side is engineered to capture and separate oil vapors from crankcase gases before they enter the intake system, reducing oil accumulation, preserving engine performance, and preventing octane dilution. It installs inline with the PCV system to regulate ventilation efficiently, enhancing engine reliability particularly under forced induction conditions like turbocharging.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from solid billet aluminum, the oil separator features a durable black anodized finish for corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal. Its knurled tank base enhances grip for ease of removal during maintenance, while the integrated O-ring seal ensures leak-free operation under various engine conditions.

Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required, designed for straightforward integration on the driver side PCV line. The unit includes precise fittings and instructions specific to model year variations to accommodate OEM PCV line changes.

Warranty. This product comes with a limited lifetime warranty, providing long-term assurance of its durability and performance.
