Construction and Appearance. These shocks feature one-piece impact extruded aluminum cylinders that resist corrosion and deliver a consistent finish. They include CNC machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components and a nitrogen-charged monotube design with a piggyback reservoir to improve heat dissipation. The shock shaft is induction hardened and chrome plated for durability, complemented by PTFE lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware.

Installation. Installation is moderately challenging requiring standard suspension tools but no drilling. These shocks are designed for direct bolt-on fitment with vehicle-specific mounting points to ensure proper alignment and function.
