Constructed with a nitrogen-charged monotube design and an internal reservoir, the shock utilizes a 6063 anodized aluminum body and reservoir tubing for superior heat dissipation and corrosion resistance. It features a 5/8� chrome-plated hardened steel shaft, 6061 aluminum rod end, top cap, and internals to maximize strength and durability. The assembly includes polyurethane bushings, zinc plated sleeves, and forged steel mounting stems, finished with a high-tech, corrosion-resistant anodized surface for a professional appearance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling, utilizing OE-style mounting components for a factory fit. This allows for a direct replacement that maintains proper suspension geometry and ease of installation for professional or experienced enthusiasts.
