Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from 6061 aircraft grade aluminum and CNC machined for precision, the shock body features CAD plated, precision machined 1026 DOM steel for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. The 7/8-inch diameter shock shaft is induction hardened and chrome plated for strength and longevity. The design emphasizes premium materials and finishes to optimize heat dissipation and overall performance.
Installation. Installation requires aftermarket upper control arms with high-angle ball joints. The supplied mounting hardware is application-specific, and typically no additional drilling is necessary. Installation complexity may vary depending on the vehicle’s configuration.
