The Eventuri carbon headlamp race duct for the Audi 8V Gen 2 RS3 is a purpose-built motorsport component developed to deliver the most direct cold air feed possible to the intake system. By replacing the factory headlamp with a sealed carbon duct which integrates with the Eventuri Stage 3 intake, this system creates a true high-speed RAM-air configuration for maximum airflow under load. This approach addresses the thermal limitations of factory intake routing by providing an uninterrupted cold air supply directly from the front of the vehicle.
Track testing at speeds exceeding 190mph confirmed that the airflow advantage significantly outweighs any aerodynamic penalty, resulting in improved consistency and reduced heat soak during repeated runs.
