But you didn’t buy a V8 powered Sierra, for fuel economy, you bought it for all 8 cylinders. That’s why Diablosport created its Sprint AFM Module. The Sprint AFM Module deactivates the Active Fuel Management System so that you have full V8 power 100% of the time.
Auto Start/Stop Solution. As an added bonus this Sprint AFM Module will also shut off the Auto Start/Stop feature found on 2019-2020 equipped Sierras. Using this Module will prevent your Sierra from shutting off and restarting every time you come to a stop at a red light or in stop-and-go traffic.
Easy Plug & Play Installation. The Diablosport Sprint AFM Module connects directly into the onboard OBD-II port (under the dash) with an OEM style plug and play connector with no permanent modifications required. The AFM Module is 100% reversible and will not leave residual codes on the PCM because it does not reprogram your factory ECU, making it a warranty friendly mod.
Application. The Diablosport Sprint AFM Module with Auto Start/Stop Disable is designed for use on 2006-2016 5.3L, 2014-2016 4.3L, 2007-2013 6.0L, and 2010-2016 6.2L Sierra 1500 models equipped with an automatic transmission.
Application Note. This product does not shut off the DFM, (dynamic fuel management) feature on 2019-2020 vehicles.
