Then, the last layer is the 3M adhesive backing that makes installation simple and quick.
3M Automotive-Grade Back. At the back of this trim is a 3M adhesive that’s meant for long-lasting adhesion. To ensure this happens, clean the surface of the dash first with a clean cloth and alcohol. This removes any lint or dust remaining so they won’t get trapped under the trim and ruin the bond.
