SUSPENSION LIFT KIT. The BDS 4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks enhances the Chevy Silverado 1500 Trail Boss and GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 by improving ground clearance, off-road capability, and overall vehicle stance. It is engineered to maintain proper suspension and steering geometry for both off-road and on-road use, allowing clearance of larger tires up to 35 inches in diameter.
Construction and Appearance. This kit features high-strength, laser-cut 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers designed for high clearance, tubular upper control arms constructed from 1.5-inch diameter steel with a durable black powder coat finish, and CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. The FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks provide a robust aluminum monotube design with anodized finish and precision valving for excellent ride control and durability.
Installation. Installation is rated as difficult and requires frame bracket modification, welding, cutting, and a ball joint separator. Specialized tools and experience are recommended to ensure proper fitment and vehicle safety.
Warranty. Includes Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty coverage.
Application. Designed specifically to fit 2019 through 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trail Boss and GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 4WD gas models. The diesel variant must be used for 2.7L turbocharged models due to intercooler pipe and skid plate clearance requirements. Factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels are not compatible after installation because of tie rod end interference.
