Description

Comprehensive Suspension Lift Kit. The BDS 4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks increases ground clearance, improves suspension geometry, and provides clearance for larger tires while maintaining steering system compatibility and vehicle drivability both on and off-road.

Durable Construction. This kit includes heavy-duty components such as 1/4-inch thick laser-cut steel crossmembers, 1.5-inch OD .120-wall tubular steel upper control arms with greaseable ball joints and black powder coat finish, and CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles designed for strength and longevity. The FOX 2.0 Performance shocks feature impact-extruded aluminum bodies and heat-treated alloy steel shafts with anodized finishes for durability.

Installation. The installation is rated as difficult and requires specialty tools including a cutoff wheel, welding equipment, and a ball joint separator. Frame bracket modification is necessary to accommodate the lift and maintain proper suspension geometry.

Warranty Coverage. Includes Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty for added assurance.

Application. Designed to fit 2019 through 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Trail Boss and Custom Trail Boss, and GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 4WD models with gasoline engines. This kit is not compatible with diesel variants due to skid plate fitment requirements. Note that the 2.7L Turbo gasoline engines require a different kit intended for diesel versions to ensure proper skid plate compatibility.
