Proven Suspension Lift. The BDS 3-Inch Upper Control Arm Suspension Lift Kit with FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks is engineered to level out and enhance the stance and ride quality of 2020 to 2026 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD trucks. It provides a substantial front and rear lift to accommodate larger tires up to 35 inches and improve off-road capabilities while maintaining proper suspension geometry.
Construction and Appearance. The kit features heavy duty tubular upper control arms constructed from 1.5-inch outer diameter, .120-inch wall tubing with indexed ball joint cups for increased travel and camber adjustment. Components are finished in durable black powder coat with billet aluminum dust caps to resist corrosion and provide a refined appearance. The included FOX shocks feature anodized aluminum bodies with premium internal valving and heat-treated shafts for enhanced durability and performance.
Installation. Installation requires a moderate level of mechanical skill and necessitates a special torsion bar unloading tool. Minor trimming of fender liners or bumper valance may be required for specific tire and wheel combinations to ensure proper clearance and fitment.
Warranty. FOX 2.5 Performance Elite and HTO shocks included with the kit come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Application. This suspension lift kit specifically fits 2020-2026 Chevy Silverado 3500 HD trucks equipped with factory overload springs. Dually models must select the 2-inch block kit with the overload option to ensure proper rear lift and suspension performance.
