Tuning Isn’t Required. The BBK 90mm Throttle Body is designed as a direct replacement for your stock throttle body. That means you don’t need to retune or recalibrate to install it, though a retune may help to maximize performance.
Study Construction. The main body of this part is made using CNC-machined aluminum to ensure strength and a precise fit. The bearings are double-sealed to prevent dust and moisture ingress, with the throttle shafts being O-ringed.
Direct Installation. Fitting this BBK 90mm Throttle Body requires the use of basic hand tools and moderate mechanical knowledge. It’s a task you can complete in your driveway without making any modifications to your vehicle.
Covered for a Year. BBK backs this product with a 1-year warranty that activates on the date of purchase. You must display the original receipt of purchase if you need to return the product. Your warranty is voided if the throttle body isn’t used or installed properly.
Application. The BBK 90mm Throttle Body is made for use with RAM 2500 vehicles with 5.7L or 6.4L engines. It’s compatible with the 2013-2026 models.
