The wheel utilizes flow formed construction, a manufacturing process that begins with a cast wheel blank before applying specialized forming techniques. During flow forming, the wheel barrel is spun at high speed while rollers apply controlled pressure, stretching and compressing the aluminum to create a denser grain structure.
