High Performance Exhaust. The AFE Large Bore-HD 5-Inch DPF-Back Single Exhaust System with Polished Tip enhances exhaust flow for diesel trucks. It is designed to increase horsepower and torque while decreasing exhaust gas temperatures, providing improved engine efficiency and performance.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing with a 5-inch diameter for maximum flow, this exhaust system features a polished 304 stainless steel slash-cut tip with a drain port to reduce corrosion. The use of OE-style flanges and band clamps ensures a secure, leak-free seal.

Installation. Installation is straightforward, utilizing factory mounting locations and OE-style bayonet hangers that require no drilling. The system provides a stable fit designed to withstand high vibration and heat conditions.

Application. Specifically engineered for 2011-2016 6.6L Duramax Silverado 2500 HD, Silverado/Sierra 3500 HD, and Sierra 2500 HD models. Note that it does not fit 2016 3500HD models equipped with NOX sensors.
