This fuel pump features a billet 6061-T6 aluminum manifold that eliminates typical porosity issues found in cast aluminum parts, with contoured CNC machining to improve flow dynamics. It includes a universal carbon steel mounting bracket, a marine-grade motor designed to resist dust and water intrusion, and helical bronze spur gears that operate quietly and resist contamination. The unit incorporates O.E. quality Viton seals compatible with diesel and biodiesel fuels.

Installation. The pump offers plug & play installation with a supplied wiring harness that connects directly to the battery using weatherproof Deutsch connectors. No cutting or modifications to the stock fuel lines are necessary, allowing an easy return to stock if needed.
