Construction and Appearance. This intercooler features sturdy 3/16″ TIG welded aluminum plate construction with a 3″ bar and plate core design. The aluminum end tanks include three multi-directional vanes that optimize airflow, all finished with a durable raw aluminum texture that combines function with style.

Installation. Installation is moderately challenging but generally does not require drilling because of its pre-engineered fitment and included components. It fits directly into the vehicle’s intercooler system using the supplied couplers and tubes.
