It is designed to increase horsepower and torque while lowering exhaust gas temperatures, optimizing engine efficiency. This exhaust system also ensures a precise fit and durability under rigorous operating conditions.

Construction and Appearance. This system is crafted from 5-inch mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing, offering strength and corrosion resistance. It features a smooth finish and uses OE-style high-quality flange and band clamps for a leak-free seal. The smooth transition bends in the tubing promote low turbulence for improved flow.

Installation. Installation is straightforward using all factory mounting locations, providing a stable and hassle-free fit without the need for drilling. OE-style bayonet hangers securely maintain the exhaust’s position even under high vibration and heat.

Application. Designed for 2011-2016 6.6L Duramax Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD models. Does not fit 2016 3500HD trucks equipped with a NOX sensor.
