Each exhaust system is built in house out of mandrel bent, thick wall .065″” T304L stainless steel, then rigorously quality checked. The brackets are laser cut, hanger rods hand formed, and all components are expertly welded together in a high-grade aluminum fixture. Back purged TIG welding ensures proper weld penetration and longevity. HeaderShield™ metal shields are professionally applied for a form fitting and life long lasting heat solution.

Each exhaust system is tested in a fixture to ensure perfect fitment. Installation requires cutting the original BMW exhaust at a factory break point (marked with a dimple) which allows for reinstallation of the factory system if necessary.
